On December 10, 2017, the world lost a great husband, brother, son
and friend in Matt. Matt was a family man and would do anything
for his family and friends. Matt was an incredible and loving
husband to his wife Shannon. The preparations he made for his
son’s arrivals proved himself to be an amazing father already. He
was ecstatic to be a dad and will be watching over Shannon and
his boys for the rest of their lives. Matt dedicated the last 15 years
of his life working within the Cleveland Indians organization. He
took pride and passion in his career and his love for baseball. His
job was demanding, but there was never a day that went by that
he did not enjoy every minute of it. He was a friend to many and
had an infectious personality that made all who knew him love him.
He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all.
